Shin's Bio

Mouri, Shin. Shin is the oldest Samurai Trooper and he is also considered the weakest. Shin is shy and yet calm and laid back. He does not like to fight, but will jump if his friends are in trouble. He wears the Armor of Suiko and is very powerful when he is in or near water. On land however, the armor can be very weak and is often prone to the most damage, particularly by venom. Yet, the yoroi seems to hold a deep bond with Shin. It even protected him during Kikoutei when the rest of the yorois were being corrupted to fight, thus allowing him to see what was going on.

Shin was born in Yamaguchi. His father is deceased and his mother has a failing heart. Because of his duties as a Trooper, Shin's older sister Sayoko helped their mother with the pottery business until Shin could return to help them. Eventually, Shin will someday take over the Pottery business.

Shin first received his yoroi when he had to dive down into the sea of Yamaguchi. It was custom for the Mouri family men to dive down into the sea to proclaim their rightful place as heirs, and to become men. It was down in the sea that Shin found his yoroi ball and found himself to be one of the legendary Samurai Troopers. Unknown to some, Shin's armor has the power to heal a weakened and sick spirit, much like Seiji is known to heal the body and mind.

Shin can be very quiet at times, but has a teasing relationship with Shu. He is Shu's best friend, but loves all of his Samurai Troopers as if they were his brothers. He enjoys cooking for them as cooking is his passion, and he enjoys spending time with them.
